The Good Life is a family friendly lakehouse that we want to share with you! With Bull Shoals lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. Our lakehouse has 3 BR, 2 BA, sun-room, and wrap around deck that gives ample space for that relaxation you crave. Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come enjoy!

Bring the whole family to this 14-acre slice of heaven just (3) bends upstream from the White River confluence and (4) miles from Ranchette White River AGFC access nestled on Crooked Creek, Arkansas’ premier blue ribbon smallmouth bass stream! Fish, swim, snorkel, sit out on the deck and enjoy nature with this secluded log home. If you have more than (12) guests, please contact host as we will always try and accommodate! We now have STARLINK WIFI for the best internet available on the creek!

Rainbow 2 is a newly renovated Cabin that sits back to back with Rainbow 1. The 2 Cabins sit in the center of Copper Johns Resort and only a short wall to the back with amazing river access. Free wifi, smart tv, 1 king bed and 1 twin bed, full bathroom, 2 recliners, sink, mini fridge, and an outside charcoal grill. Wide doors and no steps make this unit wheelchair assessable. Located between The White River State Park and Gastons, both of which provide a public ramp and boat rental business.

The Jack House is a remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath house and the perfect place to enjoy Cotter. The house is close to everything in Cotter. You will be within walking distance to the White River and the Cotter Spring. The local diner and fly shop are a block away from the Jack House. Enjoy the River Art Gallery in downtown Cotter & visit the local kayaking company for all your kayaking & canoeing needs. Enjoy the sound of the train as it passes through this historic railroad community.

We welcome you to our home which sits on The White River! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. Amazing views from this home from almost every spot. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house.
