This artful digs is walkable to countless bars, restaurants, parks, boutiques, and nightlife destinations, making it an ideal and convenient getaway. There’s no better place to explore downtown Indy than our stylish condo in the heart of it all. We have free parking on site, but you won’t need your car! Step outside the front door and make your way to the vibrant entertaining and dining options of Mass Ave and The Bottleworks District, or stroll the historic cobblestone streets of Lockerbie. Wineries, breweries, coffee shops, antique dealers and entertainment venues are all minutes away. At night, you’ll enjoy the sparkling skyline view.

We are so excited to share our historic home with you! We are minutes from downtown and walking distance to great restaurants, a brewery, coffee shop and ice cream shop. One of our favorite spaces is the front porch, it's a great place to relax! If you head out back you can enjoy our hot tub and fire pit. Our home has lots of character but please remember, it's very old! : ) The house has some squeaks and the floors show wear but we think you will find it a great place to create memories!

"The Zion" is a modern boho themed container home featuring earthy tones, wordly decor & animal art. It is one of three container homes located on the lot. The home is comprised of 7 shipping containers with an added greenhouse & rooftop deck. The floor to ceiling windows on the first & second floor both face & provide a unique perspective of Fall Creek River. The rooftop deck provides a view of the city skyline as well as scenic views of the river, nearby bridges & green canopy.

Come and sleep in my Upper Room for an experience of the country while staying in the city!

Only a 15 minute drive from downtown, we’re conveniently located between Fountain Square, Irvington, Beech Grove, and Wanamaker. Curl up with a cup of tea and a good book, sit on the patio and watch for deer, or take a walk around our fledgling 9-acre permaculture farm.
