Adorable carriage house featuring a dual-sided open second floor with two separate sleeping areas. The main floor showcases the common area and bathroom. Wake up to the sounds and sights of the property, surrounded by a seasonal creek overflowing with wild berries. 3 miles to dining/shopping, 5 miles to Bass Lake, 15 miles to Yosemite Park entrance. There is NOT a full kitchen, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee machine and grill outside.

Clouds Rest Studio - In Town!

Clouds Rest Studio is conveniently located in the town of Mariposa, on the way to Yosemite. The studio features a queen-sized bed, a kitchenette, a brand new bathroom, and a spacious outdoor patio. After a day of visiting Yosemite, you can enjoy a glass of wine on the patio and then walk to nearby restaurants. The studio is a ten-minute walk to the grocery store, a YARTs bus stop, coffee shops, a historic courthouse, a museum, and multiple restaurants.

The Hideaway Below

Escape to the mountains and unwind in this private, cozy guest suite located beneath our main home with a separate entrance. We are located in Groveland, CA just about a 10 minute drive to restaurants and a grocery store. The home is about a 45-50 minute drive to the west Yosemite gate entrance. The one bedroom guest suite has a queen bed, small bathroom, coffee nook, microwave, and mini fridge. This guest suite is perfect for couples or solo travelers

We are about a 30 minute drive to Yosemite's South Gate, and 20 minutes from Bass Lake.
