This cozy cabin is located in Crawford County, Michigan, known for its military & State owned land. 60% of the county is available for recreation including ORV and snowmobile trails, XC skiing, kayaking, biking and hiking. The cabin is surrounded by ORV and snowmobile trails. It is centrally located in the northern part of the lower peninsula for easy day trips to areas such as Mackinac Island and Traverse City. Higgins lake, with a small beautiful beach is just a 5 minute drive from the cabin.

The 4 bedroom spacious apartment, full kitchen, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms and large living room/dining area. Starting again in May 2027 this listing will also include a cute 2 bedroom apartment. Cabin 3 is occupied by our cleaning staff

The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins.
