Awaroa - Abel Tasman National Park

The Abel Tasman is one of "NZ's 8 Great Walks". The beautiful golden sands and pristine waters of Awaroa Inlet, and the Abel Tasman track are on our doorstep. Our Awaroa beachfront property is located on the edge of the Abel Tasman National Park and the Cottage is nestled in our back garden. The cottage is not seaward-facing, only a few steps to the beach. We have a Necky Looksha 19ft Ocean double kayak, life jackets, dry bags, free to use to explore the estuary, the river or Awaroa Bay.

Deerbrooke Kaikōura Chalets Unit 1

These one bedroom purpose built brand new chalets offer luxury living with a super large shower, bath and a large lounge with a kitchenette. The Chalets have King beds, sofas, TV with sky channels, new fibre network, plenty of off street parking and own laundry facilities. Situated on State Highway One and only a 3 minute drive to the Kaikoura township. The Lookout

Uniquely situated on a rural property that sits above Nelson and just a short drive from both Nelson Airport and Nelson City centre. Located up a winding, private, gravel driveway approx 1km from the road **MAX 20km speed limit on this winding, gravel driveway!. ‘The Lookout' is separate from our home (located at the far end of our double garage) self-contained and completely private. Our cozy unit features a private deck, queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Wairewa Guest House, Kekerengu

Superb value guest house in an idyllic location. Wairewa Guest House is the perfect place for a stop over on your travels. Newly Double Glazed Total peace and quiet only 5 minutes off S H 1. Approx 1 1/2 hours from the ferry and half way between Blenheim and Kaikoura. Divinely comfortable super king bed with quality bedding. North facing and separate to the adjacent house where we live. Your privacy is important to us. We are happy to accommodate late check in to suit your travel plans.

The Cowshed

Herd of Cows?! Quiet, comfortable and fun accommodation just 15 minutes walk through the picturesque Picton Marina to cafes, bars, shops, theatres, cruises and walking tracks. Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)

Valley Views - rural studio unit + stunning views

Located 20 minutes drive north from Nelson city, a unique converted container studio unit sits on a rural 5 acre property beside the main house. It has it's own entrance off our shared driveway. Handy to Happy Valley Adventure Park and stunning Cable Bay - a 15 minute drive down the valley.

Clifftop Cabins Kaikoura - Ruby

Stunning sunsets and uninterrupted views to the north, the lower Cabin - Ruby named after the rock formation in the ocean below. Offers unparalleled views of the Kaikoura coastline. Walking distance to the beach and just a 5 minute drive from local cafes and restaurants, you'll find the Clifftop Cabins tucked away on the peaceful Kaikoura Peninsula. Enjoy magical sunsets from the outdoor bath, or relax on the lawn with a glass in hand, ready to spot a passing whale or pod of dolphins.

The Woodsman's Den, St Arnaud, Nelson Lakes

The Woodsman's Den is a 2 bedroom guesthouse set in your own private corner of our 10 acre property. An amazingly secluded haven that looks out on lush native forest. Wake up to the cacophony of birdsong, fresh mountain air and a sense of well-being. The surrounding area sits nestled amongst the mountains and has an array of outdoor activities on offer. Or how about snuggling by the fire with a book, soaking in the hot tub or wandering down the road to one of the local eateries.

Applegirth - Peaceful Retreat near Mapua

A relaxing space to retreat to after a day of exploring, Applegirth offers an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area; a separate bedroom with Single bed; a mezzanine level with Queen sized bed and a bathroom with shower over bath, and washer. A Sofa Bed in the lounge can also be utilised upon request. In the lounge is a music station , and selection of games. Outside on the verandah is a covered BBQ and seating area where you can relax and listen to the birdsong.

Our place is a self contained studio unit situated on a vineyard only 6 km from Blenheim. It has great views over the vineyard and is quiet and secluded despite being close to all amenities and the outstanding range of vineyards that Marlborough has to offer. Feel free to stroll our vineyard and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of it's rural location. Please note: due to being a working vineyard our property is not suitable or safe, for infants or children.
