Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). In 500m there are sandy isolated beaches and in 3 klm there is one of the most beautiful organized beach of South Evia, "Agia Paraskevi". The house is built in an autonomous yard of 650m and has a shaded sitting veranda of 25m2 where you can rest, and enjoy endless blue . The place is also called OSMAES.
