Escape life’s cares on the private porch with the sounds of the creek below. Indulge in a chic cottage that is filled with special touches, including a porcelain claw-foot tub, locally made ceramics, and charming Nashville accents. We have recently added a second cottage with a bedroom and en suite bathroom with its own private entrance off the porch. Pasquo cottage is set on the hillside of a 5-acre property, next to a 200-year-old home that served as a hospital in the civil war. It's on the western edge of Nashville, off Highway 100 and Sneed Road. The famous Loveless cafe is one mile away. We are 15 minutes from downtown Franklin, 25 minutes to Leaper's Fork, 15 minutes to Green Hills, 20 minutes to Downtown, 30 minutes to the Fontanel. Grocery, Starbucks, and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away in Bellevue. And don't forget the Loveless Cafe! Our closest restaurant to the house is world-famous for their biscuits, southern food, BBQ, and shops. Uber/Lyft available.

Guest Suite in the Mansion [5 STAR]

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. We recognize the experience is as important as the stay.

The Crutcher House circa 1933 features a large front porch with rockers and gliders, you can see the town square from the front lawn. The house has 10 ft. ceilings, new bath with a large two person tile shower, modernized kitchen, two large bedrooms, one king and one queen. This charming house is within walking distance of downtown Columbia with it's historical public square, shops, restaurants and dining. Walking trails, parks, great views of the duck river and a splash pad for the kids is located just across from this home. Local farmers market every Tues, Thurs and Sat. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
