Farm Stay at Panther Branch with Sauna

Take it easy at our beautiful cabin in Hot Springs, NC surrounded by nature and farm animals. Panther Branch Farm spans 30 acres of mountains, streams, waterfalls, and hiking trails. On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. Unwind in our outdoor spa with sauna and a spring bath or simply relax and take in the serenity of the National Forest.

Evenings are for s'mores by the fire pit, grilling on the deck, and soaking in serenity. Less than 30 mins from Asheville, Hot Springs, and Weaverville, it's perfect for a peaceful retreat or an active getaway.

Designed for rest, this private escape offers misty sunrises, forest sounds, and peaceful walking trails. Unwind overlooking the mountains, explore the land, or enjoy the calm of a space created for slowing down. Though secluded, you’re within easy reach of Marshall and Asheville. Perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a serene, nature-filled getaway with comfort and privacy.

The Nest, a mountainside retreat

The Nest is tucked into a grove of hemlocks, high above the creek and valley below. All types of vehicles have made the trek up the driveway, but we recommend 4-wheel drive. The seclusion of The Nest is unmatched and this tiny modern marvel comes with all you ask for, and so much more. Less than 25 min to downtown Asheville and minutes from the quaint mountain towns of Marshall and Mars Hill. Enjoy activities like hiking, skiing, and zip lines. The new hot tub is not yet photographed.

Snowbird treehouse

A 10ftx10ft treehouse built around a hickory tree with a wood deck. It looks over a creek 30 feet below. There are electric switches/outlets and fan/oil heater. Climb a ladder to the sleeping loft with a standard full size bed. The loft has a peak high enough to stand up under. Cook outside on gas grill. No running water but there's a drinking water dispenser. The bathroom is a composting toilet and outdoor shower with solar tank at the end of a 25ft path, adjacent to the treehouse.

Orchard House at Raven Ridge

Orchard house is a very cozy, functional and spacious tiny home with attached greenhouse and detached outhouse (compost toilet). You will love the creative feel of custom woodwork and natural light that gives it the intimate appeal of a home, yet also a personal retreat. Folks have described the place as ‘perfect’ and ‘dreamy’. We are raising goats in spring 2026 Orchard is 22 minutes drive to Asheville and close to nature. Very cozy for one or two, even a small family on a trip

The Ogle Place

The Ogle Place is a beautiful modern cozy cottage with a queen size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, dining/work space, kitchenette, coffee bar, laundry room, tv, fast wifi, covered carport for parking and self check in. It is conveniently located 1.5 mi. from downtown Marshall and the French Broad River with it's cafes, restaurants, live music, shops, art galleries, walk trails and breweries. It is a short drive of 8 mi. to Mars Hill, 17 mi. to Hot Springs and 19 mi. to Asheville.

Enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee on the porch while gazing into the canopy of trees and listening to the array of bird songs which are sure to impress even a non-camper! This glamorous campsite is doused with personal touches you're sure to love as much as we do!
