Our trulli are close to Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello (8 km). The whole guest house called "il Colle del noce" is composed of two houses: "Ulivo" and "Ciliegio", which can be rent individually as from this announcement. You can also rent them both from "trulli il Colle del noce+piscina" announcement. The sea is 30 km from our place. The rental is fantastic for families and groups. You'll love my trulli for the beautiful pool and garden, where you'll relax between the olives trees.

La casa è un trullo del 1800, tutto ristrutturato, dotato di riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, Smart TV e WI-FI. La camera da letto è dotata di un letto matrimoniale con comodini, lampade da lettura e armadio. Nella sala, dotata di frigo, forno microonde, tostapane e macchina espresso caffè, è sistemato un divano letto; è possibile cucinare e pranzare su tavolo per 4 persone. Goditi una vacanza in questa casa tipica martinese con volta a stella in pietra locale. Situata appena fuori le mura della città, è facilmente raggiungibile in auto (essendo fuori dalla ZTL). Dista 2 minuti a piedi dalla Basilica di San Martino e dal centro storico. La casa, finemente ristrutturata e arredata, è composta da: bagno privato con doccia e sanitari, letto matrimoniale, tavolo e sedie, angolo cottura con frigobar e un angolo caffè. Our b&b was built inside a trullo formed by 3 cones and located in the historic and tourist center of Alberobello, a UNESCO heritage site. The trullo has been recently renovated respecting all the historical and architectural features of the structure without renouncing modern comforts. In addition, it has a large garden at the complete disposal of customers only with hot tube. Every morning, a full breakfast will be served inside your room kindly prepared by Mamma Nunzia.

The accommodation is in the heart of the Itria Valley, about 5 km from the main centers: Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Alberobello. The structure, composed of 2 trulli and a "lamia", internally, has a double bedroom, a large bathroom, dining room with sofa bed and stove. For the little ones is set up a play area with swings, slides and playhouses. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers and families (gay friendly).
