Private suite with a king size bed

A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

As stated, you must be alone at all times. No guests are allowed. Comme indiqué, vous devez être seul en tout temps. Aucun invité n’est permis. Ce petit studio très propre au sous-sol de notre maison saura vous accommoder. Accès privé extérieur et stationnement privé sur le côté de la maison. Facile d’accès près des autoroutes ou à 2 min d’un arrêt d’autobus pour le métro qui mène à Montréal. Environ 30-45 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Montréal. Épiceries & autres à proximité
