Over 400 miles of hiking/riding trails, 244 acres of public hunting & fishing. 25 mins from downtown Marietta 90 minutes from Hocking Hills State park! Enjoy relaxing on the covered back deck overlooking the spacious backyard and view of the river. At night relax by a fire and do some start gazing . It's easy to see why we call this "Our little piece of Heaven" ❤️

Front Street Loft Apartment

An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

This Riverboat town is home to many eclectic shops and has a lively downtown vibe with great dining and shopping. This little cottage is walkable to most locations including downtown. The cottage offers an apartment-sized washer/dryer, coffee bar, fully stocked kitchen & bathroom. Equipped with all the modern conveniences.

Situated on a ridge, this 25-acre property borders the Wayne National Forest. You’ll enjoy the views of the surrounding valleys from the large screened-in porch and from the hilltop fire pit area. Have a nice warm cup of apple cider by the bonfire overlooking the mountains. Bring your atv and enjoy adventure riding in the back country of Wirt county. After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.

It is a quiet spot to relax your weary bones, get back to nature and just chill. The cabin is also a wonderful hub to enjoy hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle riding, canoeing, fishing and hunting.

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years.
