Our place is self, contained ,separate from the main house. 2 bedrooms are upstairs access 2nd bedroom through first. Milk, tea coffee with facilities to cook meals . Bench oven cooktop, two element cooker, refrigerator , toaster , tv. One hour to Rotorua or Tauranga, less than 30 mins to Rotorua lakes or Whakatane for sea fishing. 15 mins drive to Kawerau.Room for your boat , wash down bay for boats or motorbikes. Pet friendly. Homestay is behind our house so drive around to park there.

We have one modern fully self contained apartment in Coastlands, Whakatane, we live above apartment which is at rear on ground floor. Only 400 metres walk to main beach access, good fishing with Surfcasting or Kontiki fishing or maybe take a stroll or relax and enjoy this lovely beach. 7 minutes drive to shopping, supermarket. We are within walking distance to the beautiful Nga Tapuwai o Toi walking track, 5 mins drive to Ohope beach and Whakatane town. Listen to the call of native birds, including Kiwi.
