Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. You'll love the great food, the astonishing piece-of-arts in the territory and the warm hospitality of the people. Infinite trails are available from the house door for hiking and mountain-biking.

Casolare immerso nella natura

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

Pacific House, Intera Casa di 140mq. Foligno

Da Pacific House si raggiungono facilmente le più belle località umbre. La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata ed è situata in primissima periferia, a pochi passi dal centro storico di Foligno e dalla Caserma Gonzaga, raggiungibile in auto in soli 3/5 minuti, a piedi in 15 minuti e 8 minuti in bici. A soli 20 min. in auto si può raggiungere Rasiglia 'la piccola venezia umbra', Trevi,Bevagna, Montefalco, Campello sul Clitunno, Assisi, Spoleto..

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.

In seguito alla recente attivazione dell’ ztl, nelle ore di chiusura non si può raggiungere il nostro garage Residenza d'epoca nel pieno centro storico di Assisi, comoda per muoversi a piedi con parcheggio gratuito in loco. La casa comprende un'ampia sala da pranzo con vista sulla Basilica di Santa Chiara, cucina, due camere da letto con due bagni riservati provvisti di vasca da bagno e doccia. Fornita di wi-fi televisione e riscaldamento.

Deliziosa casetta indipendente di 50 mq compresa di ampio terrazzo di 40 mq per le vostre rilassanti serate estive, giardino, piccolo orticello e posto auto. La casa dista 1 km da Montefalco e 10 da Foligno 15 da Spello 25 da Rasiglia, Assisi.

La nostra casa colonica si trova nella campagna di Assisi. Ristrutturata con materiali originari, pietra arenaria e finiture in legno è immersa nella natura, ben arredata ed accogliente con grande giardino e piazzale per parcheggiare le proprie auto.
