The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. The location is ideal as a starting point for both summer and winter activities. For skiing, we offer unique discounts on ski passes. Our spacious 2nd floor apartment is just 1 km from lift access to the beautiful Dachstein West ski resort and its 140km of slopes and cross country trails. Guests have access to all amenities within the Vital Hotel Gosau, including spa and leisure facilities, bar and restaurant as well as the free ski bus. Ideal base to explore the famous Salzkammergut (lake district) region and its unique attractions, including world heritage site, Hallstatt.

Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.
