Situated on a working farm a mile from the town of Selkirk makes Highfield an ideal base to explore. Highfield commands an elevated position giving panoramic views of Selkirk and the surrounding hills. Situated on The Borders Abbey Way there is easy access to excellent walking and cycling routes. For the more adventurous we are a short drive to great mountain biking routes at Innerleithen and Peebles. Melrose & Tweedbank railway station is a 10 min drive, Edinburgh is just under an hour away.

A 200 year old cozy farmhouse cottage situated on a working farm in the Scottish Borders. The cottage has a private entrance with outdoor seating area, gated driveway and free parking. The cottage is within walking distance to many local towns, the closest being Melrose (3 miles approx). Being 38 miles from Edinburgh means it is close enough for a day trip.
