The Peach House

A rare opportunity to stay in a Waco historic home - Peach House is a fully restored shotgun house on the rapidly revitalizing East Side of Waco. An elegant, quiet home where you can choose to stroll a mile along the river to the Baylor football stadium or cross the river on the historic suspension bridge for downtown restaurants, the trolley to Magnolia Market, and entertainment. The Cahill- Magnolia Brewery House c 1894

Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. End the day in the comfy king size bed and any extra guests can use the futon or air mattress in the living room. Only 4 blocks from the Silos and right across I-35 from Baylor.
