Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

We are within an easy drive to many local wineries around Dayton, Carlton, McMinnville, Dundee, and Newberg and the area's many offerings. Our loft sits atop our property shop detached from our main home, with its own entrance and private deck. Enjoy the back lawn in any season and the view at any time of the day.

Guests can visit the beautiful Willamette Wine Country and then relax in our quaint & cozy 'Half-Pint' farmhouse that is a short stroll away from the abundant farm-to-table restaurants & world class tasting rooms on 3rd Street and The Granary District.
