Il Relais Santa Caterina della Rosa sorge all'interno di un palazzetto del 16 secolo, ex convento e sede storica del Conservatorio di Santa Caterina. La Suite Superior è una location unica, 90 mq, totalmente affrescata, le sue finestre affacciano direttamente nella navata della chiesa sottostante. L'attento restauro delle due case è un work in progress che dura da più di venti anni . Abbiamo recuperato e valorizzato le volte a botte della cantina, i pregiati decori dei soffitti delle camere, le porte antiche, i vecchi pavimenti in graniglia, le antiche scale in ardesia.
