An elegant kitchen that awaits your culinary delights, a spacious living area, a primary bedroom with a TV, a kingsize bed and a luxurious bath with a soaking tub and a walk-in rainfall shower, plus twin bunk beds for the kiddos. A small store and a farm to table restaurant are conveniently across the street.

Private Bright Forest House by Lake

Enjoy a very private experience at this newly built centrally-located home. located in the lake district of Camden. Moments from hiking trails, set back on the hillside across from Megunticook Lake, and watch the lake sparkle between the trees. Soaking bath, firepit, beautiful walks. This is our private home which we only put up when we are away for work or travel. We move our most personal belongings but please note things like closets still contain our clothes, pantry goods & such remain.

Beautiful hand built cabin, overlooking Cotton Pond. Ten minutes from Camden, the sailing mecca of the east coast. Solar lights, (we are off the grid) gravity fed kitchen water, gas-hot water outdoor shower, outhouse overlooking the forest. Hiking trails everywhere! Swimming across the road on Hobbs Pond. If you book in November, there is a possibility that if it gets cold, you will not have a hot outdoor shower and will use water from a 5 gallon ceramic container for drinking and cooking.

We recently renovated to provide more privacy for guests traveling as two couples or w/families. We pride ourselves in creating a level of hospitality that may often be overlooked. If you leave an item or two behind, we likely have you covered for basic amenities, you will truly get lost in the comfort of this little cottage!

BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Antique Barn Apartment at Salt Water Farm

This elegant and comfortable apartment in situated in an antique post & beam barn that sits perched above rolling fields and vegetable gardens looking out over the Penobscot Bay. From the porch, guests can watch the local lobsterman pick up traps and see schooners weaving through the islands. The apartment sits over Salt Water Farm Cooking School, a small recreational cooking school for home cooks.
