Approximately 8 miles to Cocoa Beach and other nearby attractions and outdoor experiences-bike/walk/run along Indian River Drive, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, sailing, fishing charters, Cocoa Village Playhouse, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, Port Canaveral/cruise ships and more!

The Nest

The Nest has undergone a major renovation/expansion with the addition of a full kitchen/dining and separate bedroom. It is an adorable, lavishly decorated lower level, 700 sq ft cottage on a large property located along the Indian River and three blocks from the heart of Cocoa Village. Laundry facility is next door to the Nest and shared with upstairs unit. It has a private courtyard. Parking onsite for one only normal-sized vehicle. No Cleaning Fee on 1-2 day stays. Max two guests.

Riverfront, Gym, W/D, Dock, NO Chores

2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included. Sunsets from the sun room, coffee on our private dock, daily dolphin sightings. The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! Additional guests allowed with prior approval. Hosts live on site. Free parking on site for 2 cars.

Adorable 2 bedroom guest house on secure property

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach, only 40 minutes from Orlando. A great place to stay before going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. You can watch the rocket launches right from the front yard or on the dock where we have a paddle board and kid kayaks available. We also have beach cruisers available upon request and a basketball hoop. Behaved pets welcome. (Please check with us prior to bringing a cat)

Poolside Paradise

Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor cabana w/propane fire pit. The gazebo w/grill & tools (some in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 4 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!
