This duplex is located in the Bahia Meloneras phase 1 complex, in the newest area in the south of the island near the Maspalomas lighthouse and surrounded by 5-star hotels. The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The bungalow is facing to the street, it has direct access and easy parking in front of the door, the entire street is a free parking area. The pool is only a few meters from the house, with many sunbeds and umbrellas. Internet Wi-Fi is included.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Comfortable and elegant Bungalow next to the International Golf Course of MASPALOMAS and Tenis-Padel Center. It has just been renovated and has all the amenities for the enjoyment of our guests. The bungalow can comfortably accommodate 4 people in completely separate bedrooms. It has a total of 50m2 with a private garden at the entrance. The terrace has a private atmosphere, with a decoration and illumination very cozy and romantic to spend special nights.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.
