Our goal was to create a space for the entire family. The History of our Cabin started as Hoss's Country Store where we provided a general store for our community and the guests visiting our beautiful area next to the National Forest. We have always felt that taking care of our family and friends were the top priority. Mountainside Retreat near Queen Wilhelmina SP

This little cabin in the woods is the closest Airbnb to Queen Wilhelmina State Park with its hiking/biking trails, sunset views, and restaurant. It’s surrounded by trees with ample privacy and located less than 2 miles from the Ouachita Trail, Black Fork Mtn Trail, & Talimina Scenic Drive. Has wi-fi, smart TV, covered deck, & heat/air. Queen bed & full size sofa sleeper. Full kitchen with coffee pot, Keurig. Check in any time with lock box code. 15 minutes to Mena. Hosted by local teachers.

The Cottage at Acorn

We are ready for Christmas! The Cottage at Acorn is located in the Heart of the Ouachita Mountains and only 4 miles to Mena. The Cottage is a double cylinder block mother-in-law suite, with concrete floors, pine ceilings and vintage decorations. Walking distance from a playground, walking track, and Veterans Memorial Park. Covered concrete parking (with a basketball goal) and an outdoor covered patio. There are 2 entrances, please use The Veterans Memorial Park entrance on Highway 71.

NEW OUACHITA RIVER CABIN DIRECTLY ON THE WATER!!!!

We do accept 1 small dog with a fee. Cabin is located just steps away from the Ouachita River. It has an awesome view of the river and is peaceful and quiet. You won't find a nicer cabin in this area. It has a big deck where you can sit and relax. It has a gas grill, Alexa command outdoor audio, and a swing set for the kids. It also has beautiful rock walkway leading down to the river with a lounging area and a charcoal grill and prepping table. You can swim or fish in front of the cabin.

Less than .25 miles down the road you will find an access point to enjoy the peaceful Ouachita river or drive a short 30 minutes to Wolf Pen Gap to ride ATVs or find Irons Fork Lake 6 miles away to take in nature and fish.

Fishing/swimming/kayaking (kayaks provided)! Ride in to Wolf Pen Gap west trail head is 5-10 minutes away. It is located on paved roads and is about 4 miles from the city of Mena.

Welcome to The School House. This Tiny House is located just blocks from the old Van Cove School. It has one queen bed up stairs and sofa sleeper with a queen bed down stairs. It is equipped with a full kitchen. This tiny house is located on a quiet street. Bring your UTV's - you can ride from the house to several trails within miles of the National Forrest.
