The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent. There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.

Located close to Newton Lakes and High Falls flowage boat launches, public ATV/snowmobile trails, state & county parks, and a golf course. The large deck provides a perfect spot to enjoy nature. The River House is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. In addition to The River House, there are two other cottages also on the property. The house is located directly on the Menominee River, and has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and natural fireplace in an open concept space that is filled with natural light from a multitude of windows. Contact us if you are having an event and want to rent more than just the house:) The cottages each have 2 bedrooms.

This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.

The house is conveniently located right next to Indian Lakes Golf Course. The first hole is just a stone’s throw away from our back porch. Imagine relaxing in the family room, where you’ll have a breathtaking view of the lake and can even catch a glimpse of golfers on the course. For some outdoor adventure, come ice fishing on Indian Lake or go snowmobiling! We’re also just two miles away from the Haywire Grade Trail, perfect for some thrilling off-road fun.
