The North Perth Nook

A super cozy piece of history awaits you at the North Perth Nook. Past Nook lives - Photo studio , stain glass studio , corner deli, general store. Built in 1908 this is peak North Perth ! Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

Bus stop nearby, 15 min to the city and 20 min to the beach! Walking distance to Pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants in Mt Hawthorn and Leederville. Off-street parking available. Access to secure common courtyard with BBQ, pizza oven, additional fridge/freezer, outdoor kitchen and clothes line.

Located in our backyard over the garage guests can enjoy complete privacy. The studio is fully self-contained with a queen size bed, lounge, bathroom, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee and parking. Laundry facilities are available in the main house by request. Also happy to try and accommodate flexible check in/ out times depending on availability

Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

While the apartment is under the same roof as the three front rooms that we rent, it is completely private and separated by a lockable door, ensuring your own space and comfort. Situated in North Perth on a quiet residential tree lined street this quiet 1 bedroom cottage is a great place to stay. There is kitchen, lounge dining area and bathroom, free wifi. A pet (no cats sorry), is welcome but please check with us beforehand Supermarkets and array of shops, cafes and bars in North Perth. The cafe strip on Angrove Street will blow you away with the choice and quality on offer, along with a great selection of boutique shops

Your own very private area includes a beautiful Bedroom, Lounge with microwave, fridge and kettle and Bathroom all overlook the pool. This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. Please note we live upstairs but all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry is shared.
