This historic structure is full of character and is part of the Kingston Mill Historic District - named after the building. Built in 1893, the mill is located at the base of Lake Carnegie and is an easy trip into Princeton for visiting the University, shops, and restaurants, but also a wonderful place to just relax. Studio apartment with private entrance on the second floor of our carriage house on our 1.5 acre Bucks County property on the scenic Delaware River. We are about 5 minutes from I-95 and the Trenton Transit Center with trains to New York and Philadelphia. We are two miles from Yardley Borough, six miles to Sesame place and sixteen miles to Princeton NJ. With a full kitchen and bath and full size washer and dryer this apartment is perfect for extended stays.

The space is quiet and charming with a lovely deck to enjoy. There is parking in the driveway and also street parking. The room is completely private from the rest of the house. The tv in the room has local channels and guests can access with their own accounts (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).
