Spacious lake house with a private beach, directly on Lake Todd in Newbury, NH, located within the Lake Sunapee Region. Fish for bass, pickerel or swim/boat to one of the lake's three islands. Mt Sunapee ski area is only 10 minutes down the road. Enjoy ice skating and cross country skiing right out your door in the winter or cozy by the fire.

Kolelemook Cottage - a peaceful lakeside retreat that offers something for everyone all year round. With pristine and shallow water, this lake is perfect for family recreation. We offer an inflatable swim platform, children and adult kayaks, as well as a paddle board for seasonal enjoyment (available Memorial Day-October 15). Board games and Smart TV for indoor entertainment. 10 min. to downtown New London, 20 min. to Sunapee Ski Resort, with loads of hiking options just a short drive away.

The Doll House has everything you’ll need at under 700 square feet. This fully-outfitted, historic, full-house rental has a complete kitchen, living room, two-bedrooms, bath, back sitting room, front farmer's porch and beautiful gardens and sitting areas. The Lake house

It has one private bedroom, and a ships ladder guides you to a loft containing additional sleeping space, with a catwalk to a private balcony overlooking the lake. This property has a detached bunkhouse with two full-sized beds and a ¾ bath.
