The compact, kitchen is well-stocked, with a convection/microwave, two-burner range, compact fridge, & water filter. The studio shares a soundproofed wall with the main house, but has a private entrance and fenced outdoor space complete with grill.

We are in the heart of Boise’s North End and within walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. 1 block from the Boise Co-op where city bike rentals are available. Bike or walk to the Saturday market or enjoy some of Boise’s finest restaurants. The North End Getaway is the perfect size for a peaceful stay! Thoughtfully decorated with local art, functional furniture, a cozy queen posturepedic bed, and all of the essentials to book with confidence!

The Blue Heron Nest - Room with a view... a private entrance mini-suite with a Queen bed. Comfortable, open room with private bathroom, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Nestled in upper end subdivision with ponds, walking paths and close proximity to Boise River and the Boise Greenbelt. Owners have 2 bikes available to explore the greenbelt. Visiting Boise for business or pleasure, enjoy this quiet, tranquil location. Host will provide entry code prior to check-in.

Phillippi Place

Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.

Very cozy studio apartment - newly renovated. Very private.This is a stand alone private apartment. Wood accents through out - bath has beautiful tile and lots of hot water. Super fast internet but No TV. King size bed. Apartment is located in 1955 building with music studio next door. If your a musician the studio is available to use before a gig or just hang out and relax at additional cost. Music Studio is available through others. RV parking. Private entryway.

Bicycles and Butterflies

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy hand-made style with our eclectic "in-law" apartment. Entirely separate from the main house, enjoy complete privacy. We are located near both Boise's famous foothills and Boise river green-belt. It's an excellent landing pad for visiting friends and relatives, or for checking out the town. We also have loaner bicycles available in adult and kid sizes for exploring. FYI as of now there is no TV but wifi access is good.

Remodeled in 2022, and professionally designed with your comfort in mind - Our guests tell us it's LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Relax in an oasis with abundant light and surrounded by mature trees. Ski at Bogus and come home to soak in a shared hot tub. Quick access to the greenbelt. Our guests rave about the sheets and the nicely stocked kitchen with fresh coffee & creamer for the morning. This property will make you wish you could stay longer.

On Boise River Greenbelt

This new, totally private, beautifully decorated studio apartment has the Greenbelt, Boise River and downtown Boise right out your door. Everything is new and features all the amenities, including complimentary wine and coffee. Go to nearby Quinn’s Pond for paddling, Telaya Winery for sipping, Caffe Luciano's for eating or just sit by the window and watch the river and people go by! This is the ideal location in Boise!

Lovely Basement Apartment with Covered Patio. w/d

Come enjoy our newly renovated basement apartment that's close to downtown, grocery stores, and NNU. There is also a covered patio for guests to relax. The doorways are a little short, so not recommended for tall folks unless you're mindful of your head. :) The floor plan is also a little quirky in that the only entrance to the bedroom is through the bathroom. Still a cute space to spend a few nights!
