Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

A massive hot tub that we probably splurged a hair heavy on. But what we call an investment, you will call the best part of your trip.

Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles). All proceeds from rental will go back to the rescue. There is electric, an outhouse a short walk away, a cold water spigot close by. Minutes away from Pleasant Lake for swimming, a local winery & 38 minutes from Ann Arbor. We offer tours and chances to interact with equines, including American Mustangs!
