The Roost Merthyr Tydfil is a small self-catering cabin site tucked away in a quiet spot. Our location and set up are perfect for bikers, hikers and outdoor lovers. Arosfa is our ensuite cabin. It has an ensuite shower room and kitchenette, sleeps two adults and one child. Its got our big comfy (4ft wide) bunk beds, heater, power and its own lockable bike store. BikePark Wales is a short ride away, we're on the Taff Trail (cycle route 8) and a short drive from the Brecon Beacons National Park.

Situated close to the beautiful brecon beacons and only 1/2 a mile away from the popular bike park Wales, this is a great spot for bikers, hikers and ramblers, you can pick up the taff trail which is around 1/2 a mile away which goes all the way south to Cardiff and North to Brecon. And only 15mins away from the world's fastest seated zip line.. Within a mile is a popular leisure village consisting of a Vue cinema, bowling and many food outlets including Macdonalds, Harvester, Subway, Nando’s.

Situated in the Brecon Beacons National Park, The Cwtch is in a perfect location for a number of activities, e.g Brecon Mountain Railway, Bikepark Wales, Morlais Golf Course, River fishing and lots more. There are a number of pubs in the village that serve food and local beers.

Ysgubor Bach is a converted barn situated in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park and approximately a 2 hour hike to Pen Y Fan, the highest peak in South Wales and Southern Britain. Bike Park Wales, built by mountain bike riders is on our doorstep and we are just 20 minutes by car from famous Waterfall Country. Zip World and Penderyn Whiskey are also well worth a visit. Ysgubor Bach is comfortable, has all modern amenities and is enhanced by many original features.
