Come enjoy the quiet farm life with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. You can adventure all day and relax at the fire pit in the evenings or challenge some friends to a game of horseshoes !! Located just on the edge of Fruita and close to hiking, biking, and trail riding. A horse corral is available for use during your stay and plenty of trailer parking. There is also a water sports park and dirt bike /atv trails near by. Come and stay a while with some ambition to play!!

The Bookcliff Ranch Casita is on a secluded, "end of the road" 110 acre ranch a short 5 mile drive from the quaint, friendly, always active town of Fruita - a mountain biker's paradise with 100s of miles of biking & hiking trails. The Casita is close to the North Fruita Desert Trail Head's biking, hiking, horse, & OHV trails. The casita includes access to our pool. We are pet friendly with a one time $40 pet fee per stay. Trailer parking and options for horse boarding are also available.

The Farmhouse Basement Apartment is the perfect location for your home-away-from-home. A private entrance leads you to this two bedroom, one bathroom apartment that has a lot of windows and natural light. The master bedroom features a king size bed while the spare bedroom has trundle twin size beds, workspace, and a cozy leather chair. The full kitchen is well stocked with cooking staples as well as a Keurig Duo Coffee Maker, Instant Pot and Air Fryer.
