This light and airy studio is perfect for a single or couple. The studio offers a private entrance, off street parking and a Queen Bed , bath, full kitchen and laundry in unit. The Mesa Neighborhood is an amazing location with access to beaches, restaurants, Shoreline Park and the Douglas Preserve within walking distance, is a great place to get away to nature. It is a beautiful 30-minute walk or 5 minute drive to the marina and Stearns' Wharf, 5 minute drive to downtown.

Relax at the Lighthouse Keeper's House. A perfect spot to retreat to in Santa Barbara. Warm and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the steps to pet friendly beach. A studio size bungalow with a full kitchen. Private deck out back and enclosed front yard. Sleeps 1-2 people. Pets okay, unless they're notorious barkers as this is a quiet neighborhood.
