My property is an 80's construction apartment, a well-preserved vintage house surrounded by olive trees, 60 m from the road. It's a 65 square meter flat with 2 bedrooms (both air conditioned), kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped and with all amenities required for a relaxing and joyful stay! There is private parking and free wifi. In line with guests' feedback we upgraded the wifi signal coverage system with an extender for fast and reliable signal throughout the property.

For the sea lovers there are plenty of possibilities around covering all tastes. Koroni is a picturesque Venetian small port town with a vivid life and a lot of restaurants and coffee bars.

Comfort Studio Ilios kai Thalassa close to beach

Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Inside, the cottage is warm and welcoming, with a cozy fireplace to curl up in front of on cooler evenings.

The location is quiet, near Gerolimenas port, Vathia village, UNESCO world heritage, and Cape Tenaro.

A small stone house amidst olive trees situated in a large private property with amazing sea view where guests can find peace and quietness. The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events . While staying with us they will be able to also enjoy some of our organic fruits and vegetables, home made goat cheese, fresh eggs, olive oil and olives.
