El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades para largas y cortas estancias. Se encuentra en el tercer piso. Es totalmente independiente. No contamos con ascensor, si tienen problemas subiendo gradas, no es conveniente, no hay garaje. El ingreso al departamento es Máximo hasta 21:00, no más tarde.
