Unsere helle frisch sanierte Ferienwohnung in Trier ist durch eine Straße von der Parkanlage Mattheiser Weiher getrennt & wurde von uns mit viel Liebe für schöne Details und modernes Design eingerichtet. Der helle, offene Grundriss lässt viel Raum für gemeinsames Kochen, Spiele- und Fernsehabende oder einfach nur zum Entspannen bei einem leckeren Glas Moselwein. Die historische Innenstadt ist fußläufig oder mit dem Stadtbus erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in nur 30 m Entfernung.

Il y a 2 chambres, 3 grands lits, 3 smart tv jusqu’à 6 personnes. La chambre verte est équipée d’un lit électrique de 160cm par 200cm. La chambre bleue comprend au choix: 2 lits jumeaux électriques de 80 cm ou un grand lit double de 160cm. Le salon comprend un canapé en cuir convertible haut de gamme de 160 cm par 200cm.

Haus Kordula

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

Die helle und freundliche Wohnung mit Wohn- und Schlafraum befindet sich im Gartengeschoss unseres Hauses, das über eine Außentreppe erreichbar ist. Sehr gute Busanbindung zur Innenstadt. Im Stadtteil gibt es ein Café, einen Eissalon, zwei Pizzerien und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (10 Min Fußweg) und viel Grün. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten finden sich auf dem Grundstück oder direkt vor dem Haus oder in der Hauptstraße, 100m vom Haus.

Es verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafsofa, Sat-Smart-TV, DVD Eßecke für 4 Personen, offener Schlafbereich (Vorhang) mit Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank. Die Küchenzeile ist komplett ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Grill, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Espresso-, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Raclette. Eppeltree is a delicately furnished accommodation for nature-loving couples in the Mullerthal hiking region in Luxembourg, 500m from the Mullerthal Trail. Eppeltree is part of a converted farm and is located in an orchard in the middle of the nature reserve, with a breathtaking view into the sunset. The accommodation is fully equipped, including a kitchen for self-catering, everything is included in the rental price. Washing / drying possible for an extra € 5, bike shed available.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.
