You will be overlooking the iconic Brighton coastline in both directions, and with easy access to central Brighton and the surrounding countryside, it’s the perfect place to base yourself for a relaxing getaway. The apartment offers spectacular sea views from each of the three generously sized double bedrooms as well as the living area.

Unwind in the rooftop Hot Tub after a day of wandering the Bluebell Woods, playing Crazy Golf on site, exploring the nearby Ashdown Forest or the local Vineyard for Wine Tasting or enjoying the onsite Ice Cream parlour. Betty boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heating upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets during colder months to keep it nice and cozy. The Spa facilities will be completely private for your use between 10am and 9pm. The heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub can be used all year round. Free onsite parking as well as an outdoor tennis court. Two bedrooms, with ensuites 1 king-size bed and two singles and sofabed for kids.

Orchard Hut is a secluded and very private shepherd's hut fitted to a high standard, and situated in a gloriously peaceful meadow setting away from any road noise. The meadow is rich in wildlife and there are views to the South Downs that can be enjoyed from the hammock or the wood fired hot tub.The hut sits just outside the South Downs National Park, 3 miles from Lewes and 5 miles to Glyndebourne. There is direct access to a myriad of public footpaths with a good choice of stunning walks.

Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.
