(The sofa bed is only made up for parties of 5 or more). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each and every guest stay - We’re Good to Go standard. No parties. Nestled within the South Downs National Park this medieval village has independent and quirky shops, with lots of choices of where to eat & drink. Fabulous walks incl. the Downs, riverside, and nearby the sea, forest & vineyard. In the winter there is a log burner, in the summer a sunny walled garden. A permit is available for parking close by.

Escape to the seaside, and come and stay at our lovely, spacious 2 bedroom victorian house. The bright & sunny, centrally located house is just moments from the seafront and the pier in Kemptown. The Lanes and all major attractions are just a short walk away. High ceilings, a modern kitchen and huge bathroom with big, free-standing bath & separate rainforest shower. There are two big bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one double. Plus there is a small double sofa-bed in the living room.

The property has been set-up with families in mind, so we have available on request high chair, travel cot, baby bath, stair gates, changing mats etc. We are also a dog friendly house.
