Our self-contained studio apartment has a shower room, store room, well equipped kitchen, superking bed ( Available as 2x3ft. singles if required), a terrace & garden overlooking open countryside with uninterrupted views of the Cleveland Hills & Captain Cook's Monument. It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

Centrally located in the fantastic village of Gainford which is set on the banks of the River Tees. Facilities include: Electric hob and single oven, combination microwave / oven, fridge- freezer, toaster, dining table / chairs and TV. We have 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 20 minutes walk from railway station, 10 minutes drive from the motorway and 15 minute drive from Tees Valley airport.

The Sunday School is a spacious open plan studio apartment in the bottom of the old Wesleyan Chapel in the heart of the beautiful fishing village of Staithes. It's close to the Beck where you can watch the boats come and go and a short walk to the sea. It has been sensitively converted and comfortably furnished with everything you need for a perfect stay. Local shops, pubs and cafes are close by. We run Staithes Gallery so you can always find us if you need anything.
