The parking area has room for 2 vehicles & is secured by an electronic gate. We supply a gate remote to guests. The back deck is shared with the neighboring unit which is also a short-term rental. Unfortunately, we do not offer one-night rentals Thursday through Sunday with no cancellation refunds for bookings during holidays or special events.
