Enjoy the open-concept living area with sealed concrete floors, a fully equipped kitchen, and a backyard firepit for relaxing evenings. Walk or ride a golf cart to Pendleton Park for boat launches, a sandy beach, and a playground.

Our Texas sized, pet friendly Barndo is a 3,600 sq. ft. Lake House, located on ~3 acres overlooking Toledo Bend Lake. Our spacious Barndo sleeps 16 in beds with additional space for air mattresses. We are on a bluff above the lake which offers stunning panoramic views of Toledo Bend and beautiful sunsets. If you are coming to enjoy water activities, we are conveniently located between 3 boat ramps (~1 mile away). Shore fishing/swimming is available just 1 mile away at Holly Park Marina.

The Brackin House is walking distance from the Hemphill City Park, minutes from anything & everything in Hemphill and just a few miles from many access points to Toledo Bend Reservoir. Our circle drive makes it easy to park or back your boat into one of the three covered stalls next to the house.
