This cute home boasts a very peaceful and classy vibe. It is located in the heart of town on a quiet street. The master bedroom, with a queen bed, has its own Roku TV and its own full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a TV with a Roku. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The couch has a queen sized memory foam mattress that can be pulled out and made into a bed. This house just invites you to rest and enjoy your time in style as you slow down in our cute little west Texas town of Ballinger!!

This 1920 built home can serve as your location for a weekend getaway, reunion, group, gathering, or….. Within 30 minute access of OH Ivie lake, Eden, Ballinger, San Angelo, and only an hour away from Brady or Abilene. This three bedroom two bath house can easily sleep up to 10 people. The price listed is for two people or one bedroom. There is additional charge for any additional beds used.
