The house is found in a quiet neighbourhood with a fantastic view to the gulf and the mountains of Pelion. The light reflections to the sea during day and late evenings provide an unprecedented experience. The yard is large and the 2 trees provide freshness through the day. With your car can visit the nice villages of Pelion, to get to the sea in 5-7min or go to Volos city in 20min. There are plenty of nice footpaths to go for walking or for horse riding in the near distance from the village.

Ξεκούραση για όλη την οικογένεια με θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ένα γραφικό χωριό του Νοτίου Πηλίου, την Ξυνόβρυση. Απέχει ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια από την πλατεία του χωριού με τα παραδοσιακά καφέ και τις ταβέρνες κάτω από τα δροσερά πλατάνια. Αποτελεί ιδανικό προορισμό διακοπές καθώς συνδυάζει Αιγαίο (6χλ. Από την παραλία των ποτιστικών) και Παγασητικό (15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τις παραλίες της Παου, Χόρτου, Μηλίνας και Καλάμου).

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Επιπλέον υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση σε "ιδιωτική" παραλία, ενώ το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε οικόπεδο 2 στρεμμάτων με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, μπάρμπεκιου και άλλες ανέσεις. Ο χώρος βρίσκεται 16 χιλιόμετρα από τον Βόλο και αποτελεί καλή βάση για εξόρμηση στο Πήλιο.
