Swimming is great, perfect for little ones water is shallow and warmer, sandbox ava(2 pet max) Dogs welcome, must be leashed.( No aggressive breads, no cats allowed).Pets cannot be left unattended

Welcome to the Quack + Cluck Lakeside Haven. Situated 900ft off of a quiet street, with 12 private acres, this home sits on a 14 acre inland lake. The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Also included is a covered patio, fire pit, outdoor table + a floating dock perfect for afternoon picnics. This apartment sleeps 4. It has one extra large bedroom with a room divider.

Easy drives to Flint, Saginaw and Bay City. The charming village of Millington offers many antique stores as well as multiple dining options. Can sleep up to 8 guests.

Tiny house “THOW” in woods -Hot Tub (shared)

Try the tiny living adventure! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other times, NOT!!! Definitely can’t depend on it. Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is never/rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.

Guests have a private entrance and enjoy the use of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and back screen porch. Please note: Hosts live in a separate part of the house and have their own entrance with no shared spaces. Super clean, all blankets and duvet covers are laundered after every guest. This includes 1BR, 1BA, 1 LR with private access, and WiFi. Parking is included. Patio access is also included.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
