Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces between bookings and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts, if you wish. Covered parking. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please do not come here for romantic rendezvouz. but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

This 2 story Victorian home is newly remodeled and offers a PRIVATE Loft on the 2nd story with a keyed entry. This space features 2 bedrooms, a room with a futon/kitchenette, a coffee and tea bar, private bathroom, and is able to sleep 4 guests. Guest Access *Upon booking, each guest will have a unique access code for their stay. *Please note there is a flight of stairs.

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new including the exterior siding is for your enjoyment. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

Just 5 minutes from Costco, Walmart, Home Depot, lots of restaurants, Spokane Community College, Avista Stadium, Felts Field (SFF), I-90, and about 10 minutes to get to Downtown Spokane or University District. There's a bus stop for route 32 which can get you to most places in Spokane.

The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.
