In the winter come for the wind and mother nature! The unit has a private entrance in the back lower level of our home. It includes a separate BR, living area w/ gas fireplace, dining table w full kitchen. We are out in the country and do have a few livestock including a miniature donkey, a sheep, a goat and chickens. Quiet 2-bedroom home with indoor fireplace

2-bedroom, 1.5 bath home for rent. Home is part of a duplex, the other side has a full-time renter. Quiet street, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, etc. in East Vancouver. There is enough parking for 2 cars to fit in tandem in the driveway + plenty of street parking. One bedroom has a K bed and the other is an office space with a Q plug-in air mattress. Enjoy time outside on the private backyard patio or inside with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace.
