We are located just 1 mile from the heart of Downtown Vancouver, where you’ll find an awesome mix of restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. *NOTE: our home borders 3 new townhomes so privacy may be limited in the backyard. Also, there is no central A/C—however, 3 portable A/C units are provided to help cool the space, but it can get warm during heatwaves. Most guests are fine with it!

Salmon Creek Retreat, 1 bdrm guest apartment

Enjoy this quiet, roomy and well-located 1 bedroom apartment. You have a completely separate entrance, living room and kitchenette. Near to I-5 and I-205 with shopping, restaurants, parks & the Salmon Creek trail all within 1.5 miles. PDX airport is 20-25 minutes. Relax by the gas fireplace, watch Dish TV, BBQ on the grill or enjoy the shared backyard and the more private entry yard. The laundry is shared with the attached main house. One small pet allowed IF included in reservation.

Our studio apartment is located above a detached garage with a separate entrance. and is in a small neighborhood on a dead-end street - very private and quiet!

It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell.
