Woodland Retreat, Full private walkout lower level

Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

Our beautiful suite of private rooms will accommodate up to 4 people. You can expect a very private, peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. A place that you can call 'Home' while being away from yours. Welcome to my little 8 acre oasis! Being the first farm I’ve ever lived on, I understand the peace and tranquility it can offer those who have never experienced it. Enjoy meeting my horses and mini donkeys, take a walk through my woods, or have a fire! Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. The home can sleep 8 adults very comfortably, but the nightly pricing is set for two occupants and additional guests are $30 per person. This allows you the option of staying in a fully furnished home at a reasonable rate whether your group is large or small.

Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes!
