Fleet Lodge is one of five cottages at Mocketts Farm in the peaceful Kent countryside. Simple, cosy and full of rustic charm,it has wooden floors, exposed beams and sweeping country views. Sleeps 6 in 3 double or twin bedrooms, one with an ensuite. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, sociable living space, a dog-safe garden, and a shared games room for all ages.Just a short stroll from the award-winning Ferry House pub and restaurant,perfect for long lunches or dinners. Paddock view cottage in South Barn, is a 2 bedroom end terrace cottage built within an old barn creating a terrace of 3 cottages. Perfect for couples or families of up to 4 persons, this cottage is comfortably furnished and consists of a lounge with colour TV, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a bathroom with hand basin, WC, bath & shower cubicle and two bedrooms. The Double bedroom is situated on a gallery above the lounge & the Twin is situated through a door off of the gallery.

Located in Faversham, enjoy the local area at the house with its own private courtyard and access, a short walk from many great pubs and restaurants in town. Downstairs there is a sofa bed which can pull out to form a small double bed (best suited for kids). With your own private courtyard, there is space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Located conveniently for the motorway and also easy access to the town centre, train station, shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs.

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. The chalet is on a family friendly field with other chalets. The site a clubhouse which has various entertainment at times during the season. You’re about 10 minutes from the beach and if you feel to go a bit further, you can turn left at the top of the road and follow till you come to a little cafe which sells 🍔, 🥪 and🥤. There’s free parking, where you can walk along the beach; enjoy the scenery; watch the boats go by and enjoy the peace.

Situated on a quiet road, it’s a 10-minute walk to Whitstable’s high street and around 20 minutes to the beach, with a Co-op close by. Inside, you’ll find a king-size bed, TV, compact kitchen with hob and combi-oven, dining table, sofa, and a separate shower room with toilet. Free street parking is available. A practical and comfortable base to enjoy Whitstable from.
