The apartment is located in the very heart of Benidorm, in the historic old town, just a short walk from the beach. The beach can be reached in approximately 2–4 minutes (around 50–70 meters), although the apartment is not on the first line. The views are partial: on one side you can see a palm tree and a glimpse of the sea, and on the other side, the mountains. Due to the typical layout of the old town, the streets are narrow and buildings are close to each other.
