The garage is a plus in an area where it is not easy to find place to park, and in parks where parking is very expensive. Casais da Bandeirinha is an apartment restored in 2013 in an antique building, in the 30s style, with 3 bedrooms. It has one double bedroom for a couple, a double bedroom with individual beds, and a bedroom with a bunk with two beds, with a total capacity of 6 persons.
