Botanica House by the Lagoon

This is a very cozy styled house with its traditional patterned flooring tile and details. This house has two stories, on the first story you'll find the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room (with a sofa bed for extra sleep space) and a full bathroom. On the second floor there are two separate bedrooms, each bedroom with a full size bed and closet space, a full bathroom with traditional pink tile-work and a Balcony with seating and BBQ. This house its very close to the San Juan Lagoon where you can rent out paddle boards and kayaks to stroll along the Lagoon (just a 10 min walk or less) and close to Escambrón Beach which can take about a 15 minute walk over. Guests are able to self check in as we provide a lock box at the entrance. They have access to the parking space in front of the house and access to the whole house as well. We love to interact with our guests but understand that some prefer to settle in on their own so thats why we have provided guests with the self check in process. We are ALWAYS available to our guests if they need us and we can meet up with them whenever needed and help with whatever they need! The neighbourhood is a very central, yet relaxed place. The property is close to the most popular restaurants in the Miramar area, and San Juan Laggon Bay is just three minutes away for kayaking and paddle boarding. To get around in this area its very easy. The house is very close to restaurants and supermarket that you can actually walk to. If guests will not be renting any vehicles the Uber is the best way to get around in the metro area.

Colonial Old San Juan Apartment

Location The apartment is located in Puerto Rico's political and cultural capital, San Juan. It's within walking distance of the best locations Old San Juan has to offer. Great bars and restaurants, hotels, casinos, San Critobal Castle, Paseo La Princesa , plazas and the cruise terminal are only steps away. In its sorroundings there are also farmacies, transportation services, a post office, stores for shopping,beaches and Cathedrals. The apartment is a 10 minutes drive to the Convention Center and 20 minutes to the international airport,. Spaces Typical of Spanish Colonial architecture the apartment spaces include an indoor balcony, perfect for relaxing, and tall ceilings, up to 20 feet high, sporting traditional Ausubo wood beams. Amenities Full kitchen with an industrial stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and dinnerware. The cozy bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a/c and drawers for storage. Living room with Flat HDTV, Blue Ray, DVD player, WI-Fi, Satellite dish. Laundry access in the hall.

One bedroom Apartment - Miramar/Convention Center

Located in Miramar, walking distance to PR Convention Center, T-Mobil District, Restaurants, Hotels , Bars, Supermarkets, Movie Theater, Casino, Marina, Beaches (Condado and Escambron), and Isla Grande Airport. *Please note that there is a Construction next to the building that can be noisy during day time. *Pet allowed with prior consent, $15 extra fee x pet. No cats. *Reservations for two sleeping separately need to add a third guest so sofa bed is prepared. This is to cover our extra costs.

#3 Boho Chic: Walk to Beach/Close to Airport

Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Enjoy the simplicity of this peaceful and central accommodation. It is a 12-minute drive from Isla Verde International Airport, 6 minutes from Old San Juan, 4 minutes from Condado, 2 minutes from the Convention Center and 3 minutes from La Placita de Santurce. There are two cruise ports within a 3-to-6-minute drive. Laguna del Condado beach is a 7-minute walk away from the studio. The accommodation has a SMART TV with internet access, and there is a laundry area available to use for a fee.

Walk or bike to nearby reastaurants, different beaches or even Old San Juan (3mile ride through the bike lane.) We love nature and treat our home as if it was a forest.
