In its sorroundings there are also farmacies, transportation services, a post office, stores for shopping,beaches and Cathedrals. The apartment is a 10 minutes drive to the Convention Center and 20 minutes to the international airport,. Spaces Typical of Spanish Colonial architecture the apartment spaces include an indoor balcony, perfect for relaxing, and tall ceilings, up to 20 feet high, sporting traditional Ausubo wood beams. No cats. *Reservations for two sleeping separately need to add a third guest so sofa bed is prepared. This is to cover our extra costs.

Recently renovated, our studio (non-smoking) comfortably sleeps up to 2 guests and boasts beautiful panoramic views of the island, from the mountains to the ocean and has access to a pool, gym, and laundry room. Restaurants, shops, the beach and local parking are all just steps away from the building.

La Placita de Santurce, a historical area full of restaurants, bars and music is also nearby. We are located in the heart of Condado but our place is quiet and restful.

You’ll be able to enjoy a peaceful stay! Note: some nights the coquis (our national frog 🐸) are loud, some people are not used to it, but once you do is like a singing concert of nature.
