1 Bedroom Apartment

Ridge Retreat is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. You will have 100% privacy in this cozy ground floor apartment. There is one queen bed and the couch is a futon that opens into a full size bed. Bedding for the futon is located in the bedroom closet and includes a foam topper. Shell station/mini mart and Apple Capital loop trail are less than a mile away. Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, and Mission Ridge range from 25-40 minutes away and the Gorge Amphitheater is less than an hour drive.

Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy! *** I am building another silo 100ft away. "Mountain Villa" View, hot tub & close to skiing

New Construction custom home in the desirable neighborhood just minutes away from Mission Ridge Ski area yet only 15 minutes from Wenatchee. This listing is for DAYLIGHT BASEMENT of the home which has a private entry and parking for 2 cars. Laundry, a full kitchen with a gas cooktop(no stove). There is a patio with a BBQ. We live as a family on the upper level of the home so there may be noise. We do have a Goldendoodle Otis which you may see outside.

Butler Ranch Guest House - STR A-000020

Relax at this guest house surrounded by Anjou pear trees. This is the perfect, quiet, getaway for a long weekend in the sunshine of central Washington, just 20 min away from Leavenworth and an hour and 15 minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater. Additional guests may be allowed upon request (children). There is a queen bed on the main level and two twin beds in the loft that are accessible via a telescoping ladder.
